call of duty 11 vote
Call of Duty 1 is a commercial game, it’s still being sold, so AFAIK we don’t really have a legal way to package and distribute it on this website :(
You mean https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garena_Free_Fire? That’s only available for Android and iOS, and right now we can only pack Linux games (or Windows games through Wine)
Street Legal Racing: Redline
The game slrr should be packaged for linux3 votes
This game is for sale on https://store.steampowered.com/app/497180/Street_Legal_Racing_Redline_v231/, so we can’t upload here for free, sorry!
Greedy Car Thieves
This game is listed on several Linux game lists, but I have not been able to locate a working package1 vote
Is it possible or do you plan to pack an old game by Lucas Games called Outlaws? Thank you3 votes
Apparently it’s still being sold (https://www.gog.com/game/outlaws_a_handful_of_missions), so I can’t really distribute it legally, sorry!
However, anyone that has purchased the game can package it as a AppImage for personal use. Looks like it’s a Windows-only game, so the way to go would be to create an AppImage with a portable Wine setup and an installation of the game. Standard tarball packages; tar.gz
Unix deserve a standard. What ever happened to neutral tarball unix packages?1 vote
Unix also deserves experimenting, innovating, and not being stuck doing the same stuff again and again since the eighties.
AppImages are standard, neutral ISO files with standard, neutral ELF headers, and the whole point of this project is to provide the ease of use tarballs can’t provide for a set of use cases: being able to play with a single file and a single click, without unpacking.
For the rest of the users, most of these games are already available in tarballs anyway on their respective websites, and AppImages can also be unpacked with standard tools like `mount`, `fuseiso` or `7z`, following the instructions on https://github.com/RazZziel/PortableLinuxGames/wiki/Starting-off#taking-it-apart
While I value your input, I hope you understand why I must respectfully decline the petition, as it’s contrary to the main objectives of this project :)
